Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 6 qualification IT related degree (or equivalent NQF6) preferred Minimum Requirements: At least 5-8 years relevant work experience in OEM and OSM products and solution-based IT related environment. Sound knowledge of allocated products and channel management. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and OpenTEXT and related solutions. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with high proficiency levels in English. Strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge and understanding of the corporate identity of the organisation and the governance mechanisms. Knowledge of company processes. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst ensuring that high quality is always maintained. Able to multi-task and work independently as well as operating as part of a team. Attention to detail. Able to communicate effectively and clearly at all levels in the organization and with suppliers. Able to follow instructions as per work standards. Sound listening skills..
