Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a leading telecommunications company in search of a proactive and driven NW Light Area Manager to join their team in the GP region. Responsibilities Manage the performance and operations of the NW Light network within the GP area Ensure network availability and reliability to meet customer expectations Monitor network performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues Develop and implement network expansion plans to meet growing demand Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for network equipment Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Lead and develop a team of network technicians, providing guidance and support Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in networking Prepare and present reports on network performance and project updates Requirements Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field Proven experience in network management, preferably in the telecommunications industry Strong knowledge of NW Light technologies and network protocols Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards Proficient in MS Office and network management software Flexibility to travel within the GP area as needed Benefits Salary: salary negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Car Allowance Pension Medical Aid Company Cell Phone Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
