Are you someone who can: Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs Support executives with financial and strategic planning activities and execute relevant reports, presentations, speeches, and other written material Perform research and analyses to provide key strategic business insights for input into business decisions Manage relevant strategic implementations against project plans to ensure delivery targets are met and provide operational and technical support to management of function Facilitate strategic engagements to critically analyze and enhance proposed operational risk and business strategies and implementation plans to deliver on business objectives Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG Assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes Focus on tactical service plans to deliver and continuously provide a consistent, seamless, and positive customer experience Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness, and report on variances You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Finance/Economics or relevant Business-related Postgraduate Degree Preferred Qualification - CA (SA) / CFA Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment Additional Knowledge - Proven experience as a Strategic Planner or Business Consultant Understanding of market research and Data Analysis Business operations and procedures Financial risk management and financial performance measurement within a retail bank Excellent Graphical and presentation skills Project management Operational Risk Management We can be a match if you are: Curious&courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough to.
