Key Responsibilities Understand the various types of inventory in HoneywellLifecycle Solutions and Services (LSS ) Line of Business and maintain its database. Responsible for drivingdown the free stock, cancelled orders stock, excess project stock, suspense andin transit inventory through regular reviews and interactions with business andfunctional leaders. Focus on cleaning up the aged inventory. Support periodic physicalverification of such inventory at sites. Understand current material ordering processes and driveimprovements in them to ensure there is no incorrect or excess inventory. Supportsetting up procedures for accounting correct inventory. Drive root cause analysis of erroneousinventory and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence. Support deploytableau and analytical tools as a part of best practices. Ensure correctness of contract stock at customer locationsand the shared stock at company's depots with respect to valid customercontracts and its reconciliation with ERP. Lead and participate in various improvement projects / Kaizens in thisarea. Work with Logistics to reduce freight costs and materialtransit times. Work with finance and other functional leaders to understandInactive, Obsolete, Surplus (IOS ) inventory and lead driving such inventory and other slowmoving inventory down to a minimum. Work towards putting proper scrapprocedures and reviews in place. Support SKU Management / Rationalization activities. WE VALUE Experience with SAP Effectively communicates with many internal customers across a wide variety of functions Proficient in personal computer desktop applications including word processors, spreadsheets and presentation packages. Excellent communication skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field A minimum of 2 years SAP use working with material/parts data Minimum 3 years' experience in service business or Integrated Supply Chain ( ISC If this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.
