They are responsible for providing leadership and consulting support to business stakeholders on matters pertaining to financial management and strategic implementation in support of achieving corporate objectives and business growth.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Contributes to the coordination and management of the accounting function and operation. Ensure that all financial processes, systems, and policies are established and adhered to. Oversee the work in progress cycle and ensure proper and efficient costing, managing operational cost recovery and operational expenditure. Contributes to the analysis and preparation of several financial reports and ensures the distribution and presentation of this information at the relevant forums. Implement and manage compliance with financial controls. Oversees reconciliations, payments, purchase orders and ensures that the gross profit percentage is maximized. Manages maintenance contracts ensuring that correct revenue and cost deferrals and contract renewals are processed on their anniversary date. Manage a team of managers carrying out the financial management and control processes. Review the order report for commissions and oversee expense claims. Ensure legal compliance with regard to legal and fiscal tax requirements in relation to the geography in which they operate. He/she oversee the management of the finance information systems and necessary reports for critical analyses of financial performance. Ensure that annual audit processes are coordinated effectively and followed.
