Qualifications:- Proven experience in HVAC engineering and management.- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.- In-depth knowledge of HVAC design and standards.- Project management experience. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the HVAC departments operations, including sales, estimating, engineering, contracting, commissioning, and site-related tasks.- Develop and implement innovative HVAC solutions.- Design HVAC products (Air Handling Units, Rooftop Units, Condensing Units) to meet client specifications and industry standards.- Ensure ISO 9001 quality management system compliance.
