Direct Sales Consultant / Employee Benefits Specialist(EE) Role Overview: This role markets services and products to individual high net-worth clients and are individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts. 1. Marketing Builds and develops a pipeline of prospective clients in the Corporate space. Maintains a SMART database of pipeline of new and existing clients. Markets our service&products to corporate clients. Markets and consults on our products as well as the competitor products under agreement with us. 2. Personal Effectiveness Accepts and lives the company values. Accountable for service delivery through own efforts. Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results. Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months. Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills. 3. Sales/ Productivity Develops an action plan around how to deliver inflow budget. Provides advice and consults on a wide range of products&investments to corporate clients. Realizes sales of corporate products in pipeline.
