In South Africa, we have a workforce of over 450 staff.About the roleReporting to the Shift Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating the relevant Injection Moulding Machines and pack moulded parts into relevant packaging. Daily operation of the Injection Moulding Machine within set quality and recovery standards Remove moulded parts from machines, and check to ensure that they conform to specifications Pack Moulded parts into relevant packaging Move controls to set cutting specifications, to position cutting tools and workpieces in relation to each other, and to start machines Trimming of Injection moulded parts Housekeeping around working area Report any quality defects to the Shift Supervisor Report any problems on machines to the Shift Supervisor Ensure hopper is full at machine From time to time do as request from Supervisor Safe operation of Injection moulding Machine Ensuring that machinery and moulds are effectively maintained Complete completion of production score sheet Ad hoc functions within the ambit of the job function In return, you’ll be rewarded with various benefits including: Ongoing training, support, and development Strong Global Brand that is investing in South Africa Fluidra is a workplace where everyone can develop.
