Job Summary To be responsible for managing and growing our partnerships with merchants, vendors and other stakeholders to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. Job Description Responsible for managing and growing partnership with merchants and vendors Developing and executing marketing campaigns Excellent communications skills Strong understanding of the loyalty industry Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever changing environment Analyze partner performance and provide insight for growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams Manage supporting stakeholders to achieve deliverables (marketing, legal, operations, etc.) Assessing new partnership opportunities Support the development of loyalty program strategies and initiatives Monitor industry trends and competitor activity Desired Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Science or a related field Post graduate degree a plus Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related role Strong business acumen, negotiation and communication skills Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills Result-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets Ability to analyze data and generate reports for strategic decision-making Education Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas (Required) Absa Bank Limited is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
