About the job Senior Content Marketing Manager Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Marketing Manager with a minimum of six years of experience to spearhead our content marketing initiatives and drive our brand's storytelling efforts. As the Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience. You will oversee a team of content creators and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic content marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Lead the creation of high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and more, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience. Manage a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of content projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product, and design teams, to identify content needs, themes, and topics that support business objectives. Conduct market research and audience analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and incorporate insights into content strategy development. Optimize content for SEO and user engagement, leveraging keyword research and content performance data to inform content creation and distribution decisions. Develop and maintain editorial calendars, content schedules, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of content assets. Monitor content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates, and use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and tactics. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing, and implement innovative strategies to drive results. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of six years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of success in a leadership or managerial role. Strong understanding of content marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including content ideation, creation, distribution, and measurement. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft compelling and engaging content across various formats and channels. Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing content team. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience using content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools to manage and measure content performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
