Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Solution Architect with over 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and expertise as a Salesforce Communications Cloud Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions that meet business needs and drive strategic initiatives. The Lead Solution Architect will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of solutions that leverage Salesforce Communications Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. Promote best practices in solution architecture and software development. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and other architects, to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals. Implementation and Integration: Oversee the implementation and integration of Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and platforms. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of implemented solutions. Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to ensure optimal performance and scalability. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, architectural decisions, and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements in solution architecture and delivery. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor and address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables. Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular reviews and implement necessary changes to improve project outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Proven experience as a Salesforce Communications Cloud Practitioner. Strong expertise in solution architecture, system design, and integration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools, such as Salesforce, cloud platforms, and integration frameworks. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
