Our client in the property sector is seeking an experienced leader to head their Investments and Fund Management division. The role involves strategic decision-making, developing property investment products, managing investor relations, and overseeing financial and operational goals.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and manage investment products and establish relationships with financiers.Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage a professional team, and ensure stakeholder engagement.Financial Management: Set and achieve financial objectives for the division.Investment Sourcing: Identify and manage transactions, secure funding, and manage deal completion and exits.Fund Platforms: Manage fund platforms to achieve target returns and compliance.Requirements:Honors degree in Business, Finance, or Property Studies.CA (SA) or CFA preferred.10+ years of real estate investment experience, including project development and management.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Lead the team, guide performance, and ensure investments meet their objectives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
