Position Summary: The Senior UX/UI Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our digital platforms. As a seasoned design professional, you will lead a team of designers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and champion best practices in user-centered design. You will be responsible for driving the design vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring that our products are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. Define and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs. Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow and develop their skills. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve the overall user experience. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, and advocate for their integration into our design processes. Present design concepts, strategies, and solutions to internal teams and external clients, effectively communicating design rationale and benefits. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design solutions. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
