What’s the role? You will be responsible for: Supervising staff, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high-quality standards, managing customer service, and implementing process improvements. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in delivering exceptional car wash services while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction. Oversee and manage the overall operations of the car washing company, including car wash stations, equipment, and facilities. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow, increase productivity, and improve service quality. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and environmental standards. Establish and maintain high-quality standards for car wash services, ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate service delivery, implement quality control measures, and address any deficiencies promptly. Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality and cleanliness. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other operational materials. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain adequate stock levels. Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize cost-effectiveness. Identify operational inefficiencies and develop and implement process improvements.
