An HR Manager who will be pivotal in shaping and fostering a positive company culture, driving employee engagement initiatives, and leading organizational transformation efforts. The HR Manager oversees the full HR function for the company which includes but not limited to Recruitment, Employment Equity, Payroll Administration and Employee Relations.Who are you?You have experience in leading change management initiatives and driving organizational transformationYou a have strong understanding of HR principles and best practicesYou have excellent communication skillsYou have strong interpersonal skills with good influencing skillsYou have the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsWhat’s the role?You will be responsible for:Culture Development and Employee EngagementDevelop and implement strategies to promote and sustain a positive company culture aligned with the company's values and goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to cultivate a diverse, inclusive and supportive work environmentArrange cultural events, workshops and activities to enhance employee morale and team cohesionPartner with Business leaders to implement employee engagement strategiesDesign and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including surveys, feedback mechanisms and recognition programsAnalyze engagement data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordinglyProvide guidance and support to managers to foster a culture of continuous feedback and professional growthEE/SD and Organizational TransformationLead change management initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and agilityPartner with leadership to assess current processes, identify areas for optimization and implement innovative solutionsSupport the development and communication of a clear vision for transformation, ensuring alignment across the companyEncourage and influence business to abide by the Employment Equity / Skills Development processes via recruitmentAct as the S24 Manager for the company on the EE CommitteeTalent ManagementProvide coaching and mentorship to employees and managers to promote career growth and development opportunitiesDevise and promote talent management processes such as performance reviews, succession planning and career pathingImplement and manage the Individual Development Plans (IDP’s) process across the businessDevise and implement Leadership development programs and succession planningImplement and manage performance management processes and individual development plansPartner with Business leaders on action plans to mitigate retention risksEmployee RelationsAct as an advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance management and formal / informal disciplinary mattersEnsure compliance with labor laws, company and Group policiesproviding guidance and support as neededOrganizational effectivenessManage and/or conduct job analysis and profiling of rolesPrepare HR documents such as employment contracts, staff correspondence and internal campaignsDevelop and implement a wellness strategy for the companyDevelop and maintain a reward strategy, monetary and non-monetary, which will assist with attracting, retaining and motivating top talent in the business unitDevelop staff remuneration strategies including benchmarking to drive short term and long-term performanceManage employee and trainer payroll in conjunction with Group HR and internal finance departmentOverall HR FunctionManage HR team members and provide direction, support and development opportunitiesEnsure HR Business Partners are equipped to provide HR support / guidance to their respective departments or business unitsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR Business Partner activities and adjust strategies as neededOversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, performance management, training, and employee relationsDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulations and promote best practicesCollaborate with business unit leaders and HR team to streamline processes, optimize resources and drive efficiency across the HR functionFinanceManage the costs of the department effectivelyDisplay financial acumen through budgeting / reportingManage monthly and annual budgetBoxes to tick…MatricBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational PsychologyMinimum 5 years’ experience in an HR role with focus on company culture and employee engagement#J-18808-Ljbffr
