Responsibilities:ADF:Prepare and implement reports from ADFManage and attend to timely updates of ADFBuild/Prepare and implement consolidation into reporting I/S; B/SBulld/Prepare and implement consolidation pack Power BlMonitor and Ensure accuracy of Financial information used on Bl platform (reporting - financial on BI)Prepare adhoc reports from swift as required by EM ÐÑÑраÑSystems Committee - Business Intelligence:Create and Implement reporting deck for monthly reports including budgets & forecastsCreate and implement the monthly financial reportPolicies & Procedures:Ensure implementation and adherence of accounting principles & standards within FBPs & Site finance staffFinancial Manual Management Fees Distributions Shareholders Principle ManualMonth-end & Reporting:Ensure accurate & timeous month-end pack submission from FBPs to Exco for allocated sitesCollaborate with FBPs, Identify & resolve problems within month end packsYear-end & Reporting:Assist/Oversee FBPs, conversion of ME to YE and participate in reporting to auditors as requiredBuild/Prepare and implement a Year End Pack (reviewing for improvement), automated using ADF and effective adherence of rollout, preparation for YEBudgeting & Forecasting:Oversee FPBs ensuring collection of required information from sites to compile budget/forecast as per FIV requirementTimeless preparation and implementation of input templates as well as reporting templatesCompliance Requirements:EDUCATION: Degree (B.Com) NQF 7WORK EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years related experience (fuel retail industries advantageous)TECHNICAL SKILLS- Microsoft Office (Intermediate)- Excel (Advanced)- Technology Inclined, usage in-house systems and demonstrate willingness to adopt and learn new technology which could improve efficienciesShould you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application as unsuccessful#J-18808-Ljbffr
