Who are we:We are a premium outdoor billboards and advertising companyWho are we looking for:We are looking for a Landlord Liaison Officer to maintain the current holding of the business through sustainable relationships and stability with the current landlords.What will you do:Contract Management:Expiry dates of lease agreements are monitored and flagged to ensure on-time renewalViable rates and contracts are signed and in place for renewals based on negotiation with the landlords and securing of existing advertising rightsComplex legal vetting of agreements are completeSpecial terms and conditions of new and renewed contracts are actionedContract risks are identified and managedLandlord liaisonLandlords are satisfied through ongoing effective communication and relationship buildingLandlords queries are solved appropriately and timeouslyLandlord are considered by importance and priorityLandlord’s birthdays are monitored and actionedLandlord gifts are sourced and presented within annual budgetReporting and CodesphereLandlord meetings are reported to management through minutes or call reportsThe Legal Manager is well informed of all landlord activity via weekly meetingsRelevant landlord information and contracts are captured, accurate and current on CodesphereLandlords are linked to sites and lease agreements upon signed of agreementsRisks per site and landlord are loaded and maintained on Codesphere systemLandlord interaction is recorded on CodesphereAccurate reports are pulled from CodesphereAdministrationProper and accurate filing systems are in place and up-to-dateFiles are safeguarded with no leakage of confidential informationAssistance is provided to the tender team as requiredTechnologyThe systems automate most administrative processes and are used to their maximum potentialMobitech and Codesphere systems are populated and maintained by staffMobitech and Codesphere are being used effectively to improve departmental efficiencyReports pulled from systems are accurate and enable analysisNew technology is investigated to improve efficiency What will you need:Grade 12 plus project and property management or paralegal qualificationUnderstanding and interpretation of contractsKnowledge of municipal bylaws and policies and proceduresKnowledge of re-zoning and building line applicationsNegotiation skillsLiaison skillsStrong presentation skillsHigh level communication skillsGood geographical knowledge of South AfricaGood knowledge of business English and AfrikaansGood working knowledge of MS OfficeDriver’s license and own transport
