Job Type:Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead HR Head to oversee all human resource functions within our international pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR management, strategic leadership skills, and a strong background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. This role is critical in ensuring that our HR strategies align with our business goals and that we attract, develop, and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Strategic HR Leadership:** - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support. 2. **Talent Acquisition and Management:** - Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent globally. - Implement effective onboarding, training, and development programs. - Develop succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity. 3. **Employee Relations and Engagement:** - Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. - Implement programs to improve employee engagement and retention. - Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely manner. 4. **Performance Management:** - Design and implement performance management systems. - Provide coaching and development opportunities for employees. - Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions. 5. **Compensation and Benefits:** - Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. - Ensure compliance with global compensation standards and regulations. - Monitor and analyze compensation trends to maintain market competitiveness. 6. **Compliance and HR Operations:** - Ensure HR practices comply with local, national, and international labor laws. - Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS. - Implement and manage HR policies and procedures. 7. **Diversity and Inclusion:** - Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization. - Develop and implement DEI programs and practices. Qualifications: Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. -Preference is in internation FMCG, Pharmaceutical Companies - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred. - Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies in a global environment. Skills: - Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations across different countries.
