Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Analyst with six years of experience to lead our marketing analytics initiatives. As the Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive marketing effectiveness and ROI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies, improve performance, and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing analytics strategies that align with business goals and objectives. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including website analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and third-party tools. Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition, conversion rates, ROI, and customer lifetime value (CLV). Create and maintain marketing dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track and communicate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, improve targeting and segmentation, and enhance campaign performance. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align analytics initiatives with overall business objectives and priorities. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics, and recommend innovative approaches to drive business growth. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support data-driven decision-making and drive results. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams, and translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Minimum of six years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related roles. Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization. Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Python, R, and Tableau. Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and customer data platforms (CDPs) is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business impact through data-driven decision-making. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
