This role involves a hybrid work model, requiring travel to external providers and collaboration with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Audit and Evaluation: Conduct thorough audits of EDC processes to manage client data privacy compliance. Risk Management: Assess and understand how risk is managed by third-party providers. Process Review: Evaluate the processes involved in the distribution, mining, and consumption of data by external debt collectors. Data Privacy Compliance: Ensure that data privacy and storage practices comply with relevant regulations and best practices. Reporting: Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on audit findings. Consultation: Advise on improvements and necessary changes to enhance data privacy and compliance. Collaboration: Work closely with external providers and internal stakeholders to implement recommended changes. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in auditing and evaluating data privacy processes, particularly in relation to external debt collection. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Travel: Willingness to travel to external third-party providers as required. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in data privacy, information security, or a related field. Preferred Experience: Experience with data mining and data consumption processes.
