A power solutions conglomerate, forming part of a JSE listed giant, seeks an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join their dynamic and hardworking team based in Johannesburg North. Job & Company Description:The purpose of this role is to lead business analysis across business systems, lead the team, and create a high performing and efficient function through process optimisation and development.Duties include, but are not limited to:Coach and lead the business analysis team, determining the right approach for the team to take and evaluating this through the life of a projectEnsure business needs and requirements are understoodApply strategic thinking in how to provide the best solutionsProvide business process design and documentation expertise, recommending business process and/or system improvementsProvide guidance and feedback on how to improve the quality of the business analysis teamIdentify business problems/opportunities and define the most suitable approach to ensure that recommendations fit with strategic business objectivesAssist with initiation and scoping of new projectsIdentify and manage any risksEnsure all project issues are properly reported and maintain issue logsLiaise with Project Assurance and internal audit staffAttend to project, system or business assessmentsMaintain traceability between requirements and ERP implementationManage development of ERP and BI Tool related training and implementation materialProvide remote and on-site support to Kerridge and Syspro users, and facilitate training to new and existing usersGuide the team to document relevant finance and trading related issuesAssist with QA and modification, Service Pack and User Acceptance testingAssist Group Finance with financial reporting and IT Audit requirements Education: BCom degree in Information or Business Systems essentialTertiary qualification / course in finance related field highly advantageous Job Experience & Skills Required: 5 to 7 years' experience in a business analysis role essential3+ years managerial experience essentialSolid understanding of bridging the gap between finance and business systemsTransactional processing / retail or warehousing industry experience essentialKerridge / Syspro knowledge preferredUnderstanding of BI Tools essentialStrong analytical skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong presentation and communication skillsStrong business partnering skillsBusiness and financial acumenMeticulous attention to detailAPPLY NOW!If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
