Company DescriptionA reputable corporate organisation is in search of a Finance Assistant / Administrator to assist the finance team with financial administrative related tasks.This position will be suitable to a recent graduate.PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 3 MONTH CONTRACT ASSIGNMENTJob DescriptionUpdate financial spreadsheets with daily transactionsPrepare balance sheetsTrack and reconcile bank statementsCreate cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)Process tax paymentsRecord accounts payable and accounts receivableProcess invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as neededProvide administrative support during budget preparationParticipate in quarterly and annual auditsQualificationsBCom Degree in accounting or finance or similar qualification Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping proceduresAdvanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) will be an advantageOrganizational and time-management skillsAttention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errorsAdditional InformationSalary: Market relatedClosing Date: 30 May 2024If you struggle to upload your cv please visit our website at www.clearleaf.co.za.
