Duties and responsibilities : Processing of credit applications by doing the relevant checks. Ensuring all relevant documentation is received as per the credit application requirements. Opening client folder on server and saving all relevant documentation to the relevant client. Ensuring that the credit application documents are neatly filed and up to date. Maintain credit limits and increases after approval in shipshape. Sending credit facility confirmation letters to clients. Tracking of journals. Maintain master data (Ensuring the clients details are correct in each field on the system). Sending weekly / monthly and VAT statements. Skills and attributes: Logical thinking. Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential. Good communication. Collaboration and ability to work well in a team. Providing individual input towards growth for the benefit of the team.
