As a Group Head, you will be responsible for the curating of the brand tone, as well as the output and development of a team of writers, crafting strategic ideas developed by the team as well as yourself. Your Role in the Team When you join us as a Group Head, you’ll form part of the team charged with the upliftment of creativity and growth of The Agency, our internal global creative hub. You’ll be one of the leaders responsible for continuously pushing the creative boundaries and providing solutions to the business's ever-changing needs. You will lead, inspire and grow your team and the broader global divisional marketing teams, to produce creative work that is fresh and effective. What You’ll Do Support the Head of Creative in growing The Agency into an effective creative hub Lead, motivate and inspire a team of between 3 - 6 individuals made up of copywriters and art directors Define requirements for and lead the development of concepts and executions that are on-brief, on-brand, fresh and effective Review and approve assets of varying descriptions and complexities (e.g. social collateral, campaign assets, internal comms templates, etc.) Lead, develop and mentor team members, creating a culture of creativity, growth, innovation and collaboration Manage the workflow and output of the team Who We’re Looking For You’re curious about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of fintech regulation.
