As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring their success. Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve revenue targets and company goals Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients, effectively promoting our services and showcasing the value we can deliver Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, identifying new market opportunities to expand our client base Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Track and analyze sales and market data, providing regular reports to the management team Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field Proven experience in sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Benefits: Salary: R650K/yr - R750K/yr, salary negotiable Training&Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
