ENVIRONMENT: Our client is a leading provider of a Cloud-Based Cost Management Software solution, specializing in Software as a Service (SaaS) offering. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of the cost management software products, with a focus on SaaS solutions. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. DUTIES: New Business Development : Identify and target potential clients across several different services industry. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking efforts. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on the company software offerings and their potential impact on their business objectives. Actively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and drive retention. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations : Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the company software solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company products, addressing client pain points and demonstrating how the company solutions can address their specific needs. Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of opportunities. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, monitor pipeline metrics, and generate accurate sales forecasts. Collaboration and Teamwork : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to drive coordinated efforts and maximize sales effectiveness. Share market insights and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and strategic initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in selling financial/technical software solutions, preferably SaaS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ATTRIBUTES: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
