About the Role:As a Technical Lead, you will provide strategic technical guidance to proactively improve the performance, reliability, security, and efficiency of our clients’ solutions, products and services using industry best practices. You will be in charge of evaluating the work processed by the tech division and implementing technology solutions to meet the business’s current and future needs. As an ideal candidate in this post you will encourage an environment that promotes excellence, innovator, collaboration, and teamwork.Responsibilities:Overseeing daily technical operationsAssisting in training new employees and reviewing the high performing teamCoordinating with the tech support and development team in building technical solutions and troubleshooting problematic areasAnalysing tech project briefs, requirements and deliverablesPreparing and presenting progress reports to Senior ManagementDeveloping and assigning work schedules/tasksLiaising with the engineering team for project completionReviewing ongoing operations and rectifying any issuesCoordinating with the CTO & Tech Support EngineersScheduling training sessions for new employees and the technical staffNotifying any technical problems to the tech support engineer responsibleChecking and updating systems and Software on a regular basisConducting periodic security checks/auditsUsing good quality code to avoid loss of resourcesUnderstanding project requirements and developing detailed structureImplementing best industry practices and coding standardsRequirements:Higher Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.Relevant professional certificationsKnowledge in C# / F / W / VPN / Networking Configuration is a must.Experience with the VAS Market is an advantage.Excellent team lead skillsExcellent presentation skillsExcellent decision-making and good problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Experience with working in an agile environment.Ability to work under pressure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
