Permanent - HR and Training Admin Assistant - Johannesburg (CBD) - South Africa Provide support to the Training team with all skills development administrative duties, queries and functions including the grouping and monthly reconciliation of training costs, compiling spreadsheets, electronic sorting of data, recording or capturing of related data and maintenance of drives. Assist with the preparation, logistics for training and other related activities. For example: venue bookings, set up, course registration, scheduling of training, roll call, occasional facilitation, induction / catering/ training materials / manuals, assessment admin, capturing, invoice processing, course evaluation and record keeping. Understand and ensure Occupational Health&Safety measures and all other related policies are adhered to. Assist with training related queries, certificate printing, distribution, capturing and filing. Act as the ‘go to’ front desk person for the Training team and stand in for other HR Administrators when required. Includes telephone calls / message taking/directing of visitors / boardroom bookings Assist the Training team in the preparation of yearly training plan. Maintain filing systems, stock, and stationery. Ensuring all training equipment (proximas, printers, PCs, binder, laminator etc.) are in working order and maintained. Miscellaneous HR / training related errands, such as assisting facilitators, booking parking, unlocking PCs, unlocking venues etc. 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Training environment with experience in training, skills development, and HR related administration. A Certificate or Diploma in Training would be a definite advantage. Must be passionate about facilitating the growth, learning and development experiences of learners / employees. Good attendance, reliability / clear track record is essential. KNOWLEDGE&SKILLS: Excellent MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and data capturing skills. Must be technically inclined with knowledge of skills/human resource development/SETA systems, training equipment and processes. Attention to detail and ability to work with volumes of data using Excel. Good organisational and administrative skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal (leadership) skills and ability to work in a team. Customer service orientated, energetic, enthusiastic, professional and have a caring attitude.
