Digital / Online Sales Administrator – Johannesburg. Our client based in Elandsfontein is seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and motivated Online Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. Requirements: Matric, Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role Working knowledge of online purchasing Working knowledge of Online Platforms like Take a lot/Amazon Experience working on systems (Sage/ACCPAC etc.) – Advantageous Computer Literacy: MS Excel: Basic to Intermediate Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills Initiative and deadline driven with excellent planning and organisational skills High attention to detail, and enthusiastic Committed and reliable Sales experience on online platforms – Advantageous Proven customer service skills Strong analytical skills Excellent selling and negotiation skills Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting to the Sales Manager Present, promote and sell products to new and existing customers Conducting market research and ongoing Competitor analyses Maintaining and updating online sales/purchasing methods and systems Developing new leads and communicating with customers Creating and maintaining a database for current and potential customers Preparing and sending quotes to customers Following up with customers on sales inquiries submitted and requested through email and/or calls Raising payment requisitions Preparing and sending invoices to customers Ensuring all online orders are paid for before handing the order confirmation over to the warehouse for preparation and delivery Project management – continuously reviewing products and maintaining an updated product list on stock items Working knowledge and understanding of online sales (processes and procedures) Working experience in maintaining quality customer service Understanding and ability to work on online platforms Continuously maintaining and updating product knowledge through self-study Ability to maintain and build successful business relationships with existing and new customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
