Responsibilities: Processing imports and raw material receipts.Overseeing inventory stock counts.Processing inter-branch transfers.Maintaining all recipes of finished goods.Investigating stock variances.Ordering stock.Creating a bill of materials (bomming stock)Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or running out of stock.Record vendor information, invoices, and pricing in internal databases.Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed.Keep track of shipments and address any delays.Manage storage of products, especially fragile items.Evaluate suppliers offers and negotiate profitable deals.Coordinate regular inventory audits.Collaborate with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test product quality upon delivery and storage conditions.Maintain updated inventory records, including daily shipments.Ensure purchases stay within budget.Requirements: Matric Tertiary qualification in related field Driver's License & Own Vehicle Working Hours: 8 am - 5 pm (Monday - Friday)Remuneration: R17 000 - R20 000 monthly CTC **Only Shortlisted Candidates will be contacted**
