Duties&Responsibilities Understanding the Company’s Products and services thoroughly Daily updating of customer receipts taken from the bank statement Updated payment list shared with sales teams. Run a weekly updated age analysis to follow up on payments due. Telephonic collections on Age Analysis Promptly handling arrear debtors as identified on the updated age analysis, including call backs of promised payments (DO/LR) Resending client invoices and statements based on queries&requests. Communicate arrear account settlements for billing purposes. Process client suspensions for Agency accounts (suspension dates set monthly) Weekly Reporting on Age Analysis – weekly updating of working copy with deposits taken from Bank statement. Reconcile customer payments and accounts for collection purposes and if there are any queries. Send updated Age Analysis to sales teams.
