Job Description:The purpose of Projects Systems Specialist is to enable the delivery of business processes, communication, collaboration and knowledge management through the deployment, support and maintenance of enterprise technology, infrastructure, applications and mine technical systems.(ads1)Job Responsibilities:Analyse business partner’s operation to determine opportunities to streamline or automate processes and functionsEnsure effective reporting of all highlights, cost savings, challenges and focus areas for Capital and Stay-in-Business Projects.Participate in the annual budget process to include all relevant budget items for effective delivery.Follow relevant forecasting processes for annual Mining Technical Systems Licence renewalsAssist in the business process redesignDevelop project plans and teamwork assignments, direct and monitor work efforts on a daily basis, identify resource needs, perform quality review; and escalate functional, quality, timeline issues appropriatelyProvide effective stakeholder feedback through agreed forums and escalation managementOwn the IM enablement of the Capital and Stay-in-Business Projects strategyTranslate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IM organisation and manages changes to such specifications.Demonstrate commercial awareness.Coordinate communication with all areas of the business that impact the project scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managedProvide effective Mining Technical Systems license management to remain compliantCompile application roadmap(s) for Capital and Stay-in-Business applications.Job Requirements:An undergraduate qualification (Bachelors degree or equivalent) in the relevant IM Discipline.Desirable: It would be advantageous to have a postgraduate qualification in the relevant IM discipline OR a proven track record of extensive practical experience in a role and context of similar complexity.Job Details:Company:Anglo AmericanVacancy Type:Full TimeJob Location:JohannesburgApplication Deadline: N/A(ads2)Apply Hereinstantcareers.net#J-18808-Ljbffr
