Short-Term Capital and Reserving Actuarial Manager In this role, you will be responsible for leading our actuarial team in the development and implementation of short-term capital and reserving strategies. Responsibilities: Lead the development of short-term capital and reserving strategies to support business goals Analyze and interpret actuarial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of capital and reserving strategies with overall business objectives Manage and mentor a team of actuaries to ensure high performance and professional development Requirements: Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries or equivalent qualification, or Nearly Qualified as a Fellow 5+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on short-term capital and reserving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Experience in managing a team of actuaries Network Recruitment is a leading specialist recruitment company in the fields of IT, Finance and Engineering.
