Job & Company Description:The main responsibility will be to capture and review financial information while managing supplier relationships.Duties Include:Extracting a list of P2P requisitions monthly to valid PO amountsProcess and match invoices and record validated amounts into GL and creditors ledgerProcess accrualsPrepare cashbooks for bank accounts Allocate payments Prepare reconciliations for bank accountsProcess reallocation journals for incorrect supplier paymentsPrepare payroll journalPrepare journalsPrepare general ledger recons by verifying balances on ERP system Consolidate payroll by reviewing and collating the information received from the different departments and submit to payrollPrepare invoices and capture sales orders in Sage Follow up on payments on the debtors age analysis outstanding list as and when requiredPrepare creditors reconciliationsPrepare creditors payments Prepare accruals for all outstanding invoicesAssist with preparation of management accountsPrepare BEE financial informationPrepare VAT returns by verifying the revenue- and expense accounts Assist in preparing tax schedulesAssist in preparation of the budget pack Provide assistance in internal and external auditsEducation:BCom degree in Finance or Accounting preferredNational Diploma in Finance or Accounting requiredJob Experience & Skills Required:2 to 4 years' experience in a full function finance role essentialSage working experience essentialStrong understanding of financial business processesKnack for numbers and analytically mindedExpert Microsoft Excel skillsMeticulous attention to detailDeadline drivenAPPLY NOW!   If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.  For more finance jobs, please visit https://www.networkrecruitmentinternational.com           If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
