If you have managed project or worked in a client services capacity, this will be an added bonus.Duties and Responsibilities:Opening job bags and loading onto the systemCoordinating the necessary designers, studio, creative/art directorsFull production functionOrganising necessary freelancers if requiredCo-ordinate weekly status meetingsKeep a close eye on timing and deadlines to ensure the job is on trackChasing cost estimates, samples and pulls of jobsOrganising the necessary photographers and photo shootsSkills and expertise:Point of sale for FMCG retail environment would be preferredExperience with events, collateral, trade presenters, gift boxes, leaflets, etc is essentialGreat understanding of print production e.g: digital, litho and webgreat admin skills requiredFull production function#J-18808-Ljbffr
