Ensuring performance of projects within client and company expectations from timeof Sales and Marketing handover to time of completion of the defects Liability Periodand return of all bonds and other liabilities.Interfacing with clients including all formal technical, commercial, financial,scheduling, reporting and general communications.Interfacing with and coordinating of actions of internal departments includingMechanical and Electrical Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Production,Procurement, Services, QA/QC and SHE to ensure completion of projects withinallocated time and budget constraints while continually seeking to improve deliveryand financial performance parameters of projects.Establishment and control of project schedules so as to ensure timeous expeditingand accurate reporting of project progress in line with contractual requirements.Monitoring and ensuring the timeous carrying out of all necessary procurement,fabrication, assembly and testing activities.Interface with heads of the following departments in order to achieve alignment ofoperational aspects of the departments with the requirements of the companys contractualdeliverables:Automation EngineeringMechanical EngineeringHydraulic EngineeringElectrical ProductionMechanical ProductionServicesChair weekly Major Projects Meetings where overall progress, scope, commercial,engineering, production, site and quality aspects are touched on in order to ensure overallalignment between the departments.
