We are recruiting for a Group Human Resources Manager. Job Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Provide guidance and support to the executive team on all HR-related matters. Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Focus on talent retention strategies to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent in the industry. Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR matters. Contract Management: Structure and negotiate employment contracts, ensuring they are legally sound and aligned with company policies. Provide expert advice on contract terms and conditions. B-BBEE Compliance: Lead the company’s B-BBEE compliance efforts, including audits and reporting. Ensure that all HR practices support the company’s B-BBEE strategy and objectives. HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Ensure HR processes are efficient and meet the needs of the business. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, including an HR Generalist, HR Officer, and HR Administrator. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Travel: The role requires regular travel to the Free State and Mpumalanga to oversee HR functions and support site-based employees. Requirements: Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master of Human Resources, Business Administration, and certification is advantageous. Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the Mining industry. Strong knowledge of South African labor laws and B-BBEE compliance requirements. Proven experience in structuring contracts, managing employee relations, and leading talent retention initiatives. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change. Willingness to travel to various company sites as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
