This role is crucial in supporting the Lodge Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the lodge. As the Assistant Lodge Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the lodge’s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Lodge Manager in daily operations and overall management of the lodge. Oversee guest services and ensure a superior guest experience. Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in budget management and financial reporting. Participate in marketing and promotional activities to boost lodge occupancy. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury lodge setting. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in hospitality management software. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
