CLOSING DATE 21st June 2024 NOV Energy Equipment is seeking a Repair Project Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of the repair projects you control. Control projects within the Repair Facility and outside vendors, from the release of work orders until its completion, ensuring that all projects will be delivered on-time, within budget and to the quality standards by following all NOV specifications. DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES: Create, revise and update internal/external scope of work, Quality Plans and Routers as needed. Print drawings, procedures and compile work pack as needed. Schedule and lead meetings in order to release new work orders to the repair shop. Update and revise routers in the ERP System based on WO requirements. Maintain communication with Customer Repair Representative (CRR/ Salesman) for project updates. Provide input to scheduling team and inform team of applicable changes that would affect lead time. Monitor status of production and OSV work scopes. Identify and manage any issues that may impact our ability to deliver on time or on budget. Coordinate work scope and Quality Plan with all applicable parties. Assist shop floor technicians with technical queries Perform component dispositions as required. Create Engineering Concessions as required and coordinate with Engineering as required Attend customer progress meetings regarding active jobs as applicable QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE: Grade 12 with higher education degree/diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering preferred. Project Management experience preferred>5 years. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Equipment Servicing, Heavy Engineering or Project Management environment required. Drilling rig knowledge - Product Specific Knowledge on Rig Floor and / or Pressure Control Equipment preferred. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Technical/System Microsoft Office Suite RigDoc knowledge, basic to advanced knowledge level preferable Proficiency preferred in NOV systems including, Tracker, RigOffice, Team Centre, ERP (Glovia) Interpret schematics, drawings and bill of materials #J-18808-Ljbffr
