Training of Assemblers Supervision of Cell Leaders and handling of internal grievances and disciplinary matters. Monitoring and controlling of all cost, quality, output, safety, absenteeism, etc. Interface with temporary employment services provider. Top 5 scrap/IPPM analysis and implementation of action plans. Line restructuring with demand fluctuations from customer. Key skills and Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent with Mathematics. A relevant tertiary qualification or studies towards a relevant tertiary qualification would be highly advantageous. 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Experience gained in the automotive industry would be advantageous. A working knowledge of SAP ERP system would be advantageous. General computer skills need to be above average. The ideal person would be honest, reliable, methodical and possess strong assertive skills.
