These jobs were popular with other job seekers We currently have an exciting position available for an Industrial Relations Administrator, to be based at our branch in Gqeberha .Duties & ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible forInclusive of, but not limited to:Assisting Consultants:Book & manage consultants’ diaries as per client request (When needed)Closing of consultant billings on CMS.Draft recommendations for consultantsAssistance in proofreading documents and/or drafting basic IR documents. Administration:Ensure that all relevant documents are correct & uploaded onto CMSUpdating of CMS information (e.g., client information)Filing and drawing clients’ files Reports:Assistance in compiling reports (both internal and external. E.g., reports for national clients, etc.)  Adhoc: Assisting with answering calls professionally and accurately Ensure detailed messages are taken when the relevant person is not available and distributed via email Package & Remuneration:Salary: R12 750 CTCBenefits: Laptop, Cell phone, Internet, and Pension Fund.Desired Experience & QualificationYou'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:Grade 12A minimum of 12 month’s experience in a corporate environment fulfilling an administrative role - Previous experience in the services/legal industry would be advantageousPackage & RemunerationSalary: R12 750 CTCBenefits: Laptop, Cell phone, Internet, and Pension Fund.
