The target is complete implementation of actions/corrective actions to vehicle safety requirements for the prevention of repeat failures with the use of the Product Safety catalogue (lessons learnt) Inspecting pre-series units in conjunction with other Q-type responsible PSB’s to expedite safety relevant problem recognition and corrective action implementation. Undertaking regular vehicle and line checks to evaluate current production (parts, part assemblies and sub-assemblies), and obtain corrective actions for any potential safety relevant problems detected. Representing the interest of the Quality Assurance Department during technical discussions with Service and the Product Safety Committee.
