REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of Managerial/ Supervisor experience Minimum of 4 years Car Rental experience Computer literate with excellent MS Excel knowledge Must have a valid driver’s licence Good interpersonal and administrative skills. Staff management and motivation thereof Fleet planning and asset control planning Sound knowledge of company policies and procedures Good knowledge of the basic conditions of employment Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Customer serviceorientated Excellent organizational skills Be an effective planner Ability to show initiative Good time management Ability to work systematically under pressure Well-groomed and presentable Self-motivated, reliable and confident Must be flexible, adaptable and a team player RESPONSIBILITIES Branch/ car audits Staff appraisals Monthly staff rosters and staff returns Daily reports Maintenance of the depot Control and confirm deliveries and collections Attending to breakdowns Managing cars to and from the body shop, mechanical repairs and service due Managing replacement of windscreens and tyres for cars Managing fuel punching of slips and balancing weekly fuel accounts Managing the creation of orders and processing of invoices for payment Fleeting and de-fleeting of vehicles and expired license discs vehicles Leading and pushing the team to provide clean and good quality cars for the airport Fleet planning and the confirming of cars #J-18808-Ljbffr
