Job Description: Serve as first point of contact to District VMMC sites for logistics, supply, transport, demand and other relevant challenges. [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Supervise the VMMC office-based staff and ensure coordination of district activities. Hold regular meetings for VMMC MOVE teams to monitor progress and provide mentorship. Develop and implement planning and reporting systems for the VMMC MOVE teams to ensure that they perform and reach allocated targets. Manage and Supervise VMMC MOVE Teams and ensure that they are proficient in VMMC provision. Participate in district Hast Meetings to ensure alignment of the VMMC program with district activities Provide logistics and QA support for VMMC sites as needed. Job Requirements: Clear understanding of DHO structures Health related Degree/Diploma in Nursing (General, Community and midwifery. At least 2 years’ experience at management or supervisory level. At least 2 years’ experience as program coordinator.
