R 5,000.00 - 5,500.00 (South African Rand) -Receiving of hardware and releasing it to the stores department.-Receiving of all form a doors and further processing if required (hinge hole drilling)-Ensure that correct quantities of doors are sent/received to/from form a door sub contractors.-Ensure that customers are attended to at all times at the timber collection area.-Deal with customers telephonically re. Dispatch queries.-Ensure that collected goods do correspond with customers invoice.-Ensure customers do posses correct paper work before collection/delivery.-Prevent customers from entering the machining area.-Issuing of stock to production-Stock control-Stock counts-Relieve production SupervisorDeliveries-Daily deliveries to be planned in advance.-Phone customers before delivery to confirm address and availability to receive order.-Ensure correct materials are loaded at all time.-If incomplete orders are loaded ensure correct paper work is place for future reference.-Any outstanding items should be followed up on a daily basis.-Liaise with sales staff well in advance if orders can not be delivered at required date.-All damages must be reported to management.-Timber collection area must be secure at all times.#J-18808-Ljbffr
