Job Description: Responsible for providing market analytics, data modelling, benchmarking, internal/external research and governance input for remuneration matters including pay, benefits, short-and long-term incentives. The role holder will be required to provide data-driven recommendations on compensation programmes and their delivery to ensure that Aspen South African Operations can remain competitive from a remuneration point of view. [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information that is being provided by carefully and continually scrutinizing the data to ensure the right information is portrayed in the reports being delivered. Proactively suggests information that should be analysed based on key indicators and identifies discrepancies. Aggregate sensitive data and produce value-added reward and benefits reports. Rewards and Benefits area by developing, running and maintaining standard reports; maintaining data integrity through consistent monitoring, testing, and auditing of HR data. Re-calculating and modifying data extractions into “consumable” formats, delivering meaningful results. In order to timeously submit to relevant Managers or activities that requires this data, whilst observing data privacy guidelines. Function as a reporting analyst for the Make regular contact with payroll managers to understand and resolve pay queries, and with system administrators in resolving processing issues affecting reporting outcomes. Prepare reports, graphs, charts and statistics as specified. Job Requirements: 3-5 years experience in remuneration or business analytics SAP&CRS payroll experience preferred. Report writing skills in HRIS/payroll systems (SAP preferred). Expert level proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
