The main purpose of the position is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximises customer retention, and increases profitability.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDuties will include, but are not limited to, the following:Conduct on site visits to clients to carry out fault finding and servicing of existing baking, freezing and laundry equipment as supplied by the company.Conduct on site visits to clients to carry out the installation, setup, testing and commissioning of new equipment on behalf of the company.Administer your time usage and the movement of stock in your possession making sure these are accurately accounted for booked out to client/s.Provide client training on newly installed and existing equipment offered by the company.Be willing and available to assist clients telephonically at stipulated times.At all times be medically fit to perform duties.Be willing to travel extensively within and outside the region and work beyond normal operating hours when required to do so.Render technical assistance and advice to other techniciansBe willing to perform other duties within the companies over and above those stated above.Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systemsFollow all company’s filed procedures and protocolsCo-operate with technical team and share information across the organisationDesired Experience & QualificationPost matriculation / N3Must be a qualified electrician with at least 2 years’ experience post Trade Test – with traceable references.Knowledge on servo systems will be an advantageBasic practical mechanical experience on gearboxes, electric motors and brakesValid driver’s licensePassport might be requiredProven field service experienceAbility to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.Package & RemunerationMarket Related Manufacturing Other Sectors & Industries These jobs were popular with other job seekers#J-18808-Ljbffr
