The successful candidate will be responsible for all Mechanical Maintenance. Duties and Responsibilities Regular inspections on equipment to identify hazards, defects or need for repair Complete equipment checks sheets as per manufactures requirements Capacity to take initiative off all projects Complete projects in the expected time frame Making schedules, assigning work and training employees Motivate employees to increase their productivity and meet work goals To ensure the proper maintenance of equipment, compliance with mechanical codes and adherence to safety regulations Responsible for mechanical systems installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and services as required Designing mechanical systems and equipment, as well as contributing to improved designs and manufacturing processes Report to maintenance manager any incidents.
