Our client based in Sebenza is seeking an experienced Internal sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing internal sales to in their operations to existing and new clients. Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate Internal sales experience is a prerequisite Must be computer literate with excel and administration skill A proven internal sales track record is a requirement for this position Technical knowledge related to construction and mining processes would be a bonus. Proficiency on excel and word Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Inside Sales Qualifications / Skills: Meeting sales goals Client base Closing skills Prospecting skills Technical understanding Building relationships People skills Data entry skills Customer focus Professionalism Motivation for sales This professional must convert pre-qualified leads and generate new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience Close new accounts by answering telephone and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information Fills orders, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs. Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features. Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems. Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures. Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
