MIT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for leading our sales department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals and monitoring performance as a whole. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with developing new strategies to contribute to our company’s sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 4 Sales Team Managers. Analyze and report on sales performance and market trends. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest necessary improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales manager role or similar senior sales role. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
